Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, operations management, human resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administration or operations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellence in organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
