Engineer- Welding

We are seeking an Engineer - Welding to join our Technical Services team based in Dahej, Gujarat. The successful candidate will have experience in welding planning and execution, metallurgies, and non-destructive examination (NDE).

Requirements

• Detailed work experience for welding planning & execution as per ASME SEC IX, ASME SECTION VIII DIV.1 & 2, ASME SEC II C, ASME B31.3, IBR, EN 1090-2, EN ISO 3834-2, AWS D1.1, AWS D1.6, TEMA & PED requirements.
• Experience with Metallurgies like Duplex Stainless Steel, Austenitic Stainless Steel (SS304, SS316L, SS321, SS310), Inconel 600, Inconel 800, Incolloy 800H, Low alloy steel grades (Gr. P9, Gr. 22, Gr.11), Low temperature carbon steel, etc.
• Hands on experience for preparation of WPS, PQR, Welder certificates as per ASME SEC IX, AWS D1.1, AWS D1.6, EN ISO 15614 & EN ISO 9606, etc.
• Practical exposure to NDE like RT, UT, PAUT, MT, PT.
• On Job experience for fabrication of Process skids & Modules, Pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers, Equipment's with Cladded components, Heater Fabrication, etc.
