Operations & Maintenance Manager (H/F)

Technip Energies is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance of facilities during the commissioning of an EPC project. This role involves overseeing the O&M scope, ensuring compliance with HSE requirements, and ensuring efficient operations and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will be a safety-minded individual with strong technical and management skills.

Requirements

• Petroleum, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree or higher (or trade background).
• Fifteen years' combined experience in Oil and Gas Operations, commissioning and projects, preferably on FPSOs.
• Experience in management of multi/discipline operations, maintenance and HSE, for LNG and/or natural gas infrastructure facilities.
• Experience in management of major emergency response.
• Technical knowledge of gas treatment and processing, LNG production activities, marine and utilities operations.
• Working knowledge of Commissioning requirements for oil and gas facilities.
• Working knowledge of PTW systems, HSE and Environment Management systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
