Job Description
We are looking for an HR Director with advanced English skills to lead the Human Resources area in a company with global presence. The ideal candidate will have a strategic vision, operational execution, and ability to transform talent processes. The role involves leading recruitment, onboarding, and employee disconnection processes, managing organizational development, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations in both Mexico and the USA.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading Human Resources areas in companies with local and/or international operations.
- Previous experience managing recruitment, training, and payroll teams.
- Solid knowledge of Mexican labor law; experience in HR in the USA is valued.
- Advanced level of English (essential).
- Experience working with companies providing services to clients in the United States.
- Professional training in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related areas.
