Job Description

Requirements
- More than 8 years of experience in retail, leading large teams and managing commercial operations.
- Experience combining strategic and operational roles in retail, with the ability to execute key decisions.
- Knowledge in administrative and operational management, shift organization, indicator reporting, and store profitability control.
- Ability to lead teams in multiple locations
- Availability to travel nationwide
