Job Description
A well-established logistics and international trade company is seeking a Project Director in Cartagena. The successful candidate will lead high-impact projects for strategic clients, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with service and profitability indicators.
Requirements
- Professional in International Trade or related administrative areas
- Specialization in Supply Chain or International Trade (desirable)
- Additional training in Customs or Tax Law (plus)
- 10 years of experience in customs brokerage, logistics, or international trade
- At least 5 years in leadership positions managing technical and operational teams
- SAP management and office tools
- Interpersonal skills, empathetic leadership, assertive communication, and ability to interact with high-level hierarchies and strategic clients
