Job Description
A renowned company in the experience and business management sector is looking for its next Executive Assistant to the CXO in Bogotá, Colombia. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing multiple administrative and strategic tasks, ensuring operational efficiency and internal process organization.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or Administration
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to speak, write, and translate documents
- Availability to travel multiple times a year and possession of a valid passport and visa
