Job Description
Multinational company specializing in chemicals for construction and industry is looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead talent management strategy in Colombia, aligning global corporate policies with local business needs.
Requirements
- Professional in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Specialization or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related areas
- Advanced English (oral and written)
- At least 10 years of experience in human talent management
- 5 years of experience in strategic leadership positions in multinational companies
- Budget management experience
- Experience in the manufacturing, chemical, construction, or related industries
- Experience and/or knowledge in managing unions
- Solid knowledge of Colombian labor law and labor practices
