Job Description
Recognized company in the mass consumption sector is looking for its Head of Retail Expansion in Bogotá - Mosquera to lead the evolution and expansion of the retail store model.
Requirements
- Professional training in Administration, International Business, Engineering, Marketing, or Communication
- 4 to 5 years of experience in retail, with a focus on store operations
- Experience in managing operational personnel and execution in point of sale; desirable experience in expansion or openings
- Knowledge in profitability, sales, and retail financial model, with an intra-entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and results-oriented approach
