Job Description
Recognized company in the mass consumer sector is looking for its Head of Logistics Customer Services in Bogotá, who will lead and coordinate customer service processes in the modern channel (large surfaces), ensuring efficiency in orders and customer service.
Requirements
- Professional in administrative areas, industrial engineering, logistics or related fields.
- General experience of 5 years in logistics and customer services, with 2 years in the chief role.
- Knowledge in service agreement management and performance indicator management.
- Experience in mass consumer companies and in modern channel management.
