Job Description
An international logistics company is looking for a Customer Service Agent in Cartagena, Colombia to ensure efficient and personalized attention to clients. The role involves managing client requirements, coordinating documentation and logistics providers, and updating information in internal systems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or operational management in freight forwarding, cargo agents, or international logistics
- Knowledge of import, export, and multimodal transportation processes in South America
- Intermediate level of English, with the ability to coordinate with international suppliers
- Intermediate level of office tools (Excel, Google Workspace) and desirable experience in TMS or CRM systems
