Job Description
Important brand seeking Head of Financial Planning to manage all financial functions, from strategic planning to daily operations.
Requirements
- Plan, develop and execute long-term financial strategy
- Analyze and advise on capital structure, resource allocation and cash flow
- Manage investments
- Prepare and present consolidated financial statements
- Accounting supervision
- Relationship with investors and financing
- Lead financial analysis of acquisitions, disinvestments or corporate restructuring
- Analyze coverage rates, liquidity indicators, solvency and efficiency
- Supervise and manage external parties
- Support strategic decision-making through financial scenarios
- Control of the entire family's wealth
