Job Description
Join the marine unit of a multinational company and lead the comprehensive marine operations strategy from chartering to technical and documentary management of ships. Build and consolidate a world-class shipping unit, ensuring technical efficiency, profitability, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in shipping operations, tanker chartering, or marine logistics of oil derivatives products.
- Solid technical and commercial knowledge of chartering contracts
- Ability to lead with autonomy and accountability
- Combination of strategic vision, operational execution, problem-solving ability in real-time, and immediate decision-making.
- Strong technical-operational criteria for decision-making
- Agility in dynamic and growing environments
- Strategic thinking with impeccable execution
- High financial and operational analysis capacity
