Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in the retail industry in roles such as merchandise planner, inventory planner, buyer, or similar
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in a software development environment based on Scrum, preferably in B2B SaaS products, business analysis, or AI-driven products
- Practical experience writing user stories, defining product roadmaps, and working closely with multi-functional teams
- Deep understanding of software development processes and a pragmatic approach to delivering value in each iteration
- Entrepreneurial mindset: Ability to make decisions based on data, navigate ambiguous environments, and drive product initiatives independently
- Excellent organizational, analytical, project management, and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas to all levels of the organization
