Join CHUBB IT as a Senior Software Engineer - Operations Manager to drive digital transformation and develop innovative technology solutions. Manage weekly maintenance activities, coordinate upgrades, and support operational excellence and production stability for PRS (Personal Risk Services) IT.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations, maintenance coordination, or related roles.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong background in infrastructure, application migrations, and authentication technologies.
- Hands-on experience in Websphere, Azure, AIX, and Linux environments.
- Experience with incident response, troubleshooting, and vendor management.
- Familiarity with compliance standards, automation tools, and a demonstrated ability to learn and apply
