Job Description
T-Rex Solutions is seeking a fully cleared IT Field Support Specialist to support critical national security infrastructure. The role involves providing Tier 2 and 3 on-site and remote support for computer workstations, servers, and teleconferencing equipment, performing installations, troubleshooting, and training personnel. Strong skills in hardware installation, software installation, and cabling are essential.
Requirements
- Highly skilled in installing, repairing and troubleshooting computer hardware and peripherals.
- Must be CWIP Compliant - A+, Net+ or Sec+.
- Must be able to drive company vehicle.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be available to work an 8 hour shift between 6am-6pm.
