Requirements

• Lead the full lifecycle of business strategy development for the Individual Investing distribution unit
• Serve as a visible leader and subject matter expert in financial services and wealth management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and peers across the firm
• Oversee and direct multiple teams of program and project managers
• Allocate and manage resources for complex, multi-departmental programs
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness using comprehensive market data and financial analysis
• Develop and implement best practices, frameworks, and tools for strategic program management
