The company is seeking a Director, Wealth Management - Offer Strategy to provide enterprise-level ownership for the strategy, design, and evolution of the firm's most complex and high-impact wealth management offers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of experience in wealth management, product strategy, or enterprise strategy roles
• Demonstrated success owning complex offer strategy across multiple business lines
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment
• Strong analytical, decision-framing, and communication skills
