Job Description
T-Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with at least 9-12 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Tracking, and Time off for national and international clients. The candidate should have experience with multi-country large-scale corporate implementation and possess delta certification. The role involves leading customer workshops, conducting technical analysis, and implementing best-practice solutions for SAP SuccessFactors.
Requirements
- At least 9-12 years of solid end-to-end project experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Tracking, and Time off
- Experience with multi-country large-scale corporate implementation
- Delta certification
- Extensive cross-module knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time tracking, and SAP HCM module landscape
- Ability to communicate experience from implementation projects and support recommendations with customers
- Comprehensive and in-depth experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors in both Greenfield and Core Hybrid approach
- A structured working style according to project management standards and experience with agile project methods
