Job Description
T3W Business Solutions is seeking a Facilities Planner/Manager for their Center for Security Forces (CENSECFOR) training mission in Chesapeake, Virginia. The role involves strategic planning, technical expertise in facility management, providing input to NETC, and assisting with CENSECFOR requirements, training facilities, and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and 5+ years of direct experience in a DOD facilities management role
- Valid state driver’s license
- In-depth knowledge of NAVFAC's organizational structure and functional relationships
- Understanding of CENSECFOR mission areas, NECC, and MPT&E
- Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and environmental policies
- Excellent communication skills
