Taaleri is a specialist in investments, private asset management and non-life insurance, looking for an HR Development Manager to strengthen their small HR team and advance the development of their people operations. The role will involve driving HR operational excellence, learning and development, career development, culture, employee lifecycle processes, and HR systems.
Requirements
- Proven track record in a demanding HR position, ideally with experience in financial services, professional services or growth companies
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing L&D initiatives
- Strong HRIS administration skills and knowledge of employee lifecycle processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Finnish and English
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with genuine enthusiasm for developing HR practices and strengthening company culture
- Solid understanding of employment legislation and compliance requirements
- Strong proficiency in both Finnish and English
