Requirements

• Managing and coordinating the work of employees on shifts
• Ensuring the smooth flow of production and logistics processes
• Introducing new employees and supporting the implementation process
• Mediating between the team, customers, and internal contact persons
• Monitoring compliance with quality and safety standards
• Documentation and reporting to project management
