We're looking for an experienced Shift Leader (m/w/d) Logistics to manage processes, lead a team safely through shift operation, and shape structure, quality, and efficiency in the warehouse.
Requirements
- Experience in personnel management - ideally in the logistics/warehouse environment
- Professional experience in logistics, warehouse management, or production
- German language skills from C1 for clear communication
- Willingness to work in the 4-shift system (Conti shift)
- Assertiveness, sense of responsibility, and a high level of discipline
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working and hands-on mentality
