Requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further training (e.g., certified accountant) or a degree in finance/financial accounting
- Several years of experience in financial accounting, preferably with first leadership experience or clear motivation to take the next step
- Excellent knowledge of HGB and safe handling of DATEV
- Structured and solution-oriented working style and enjoyment of bringing things forward
- Good communication skills, teamwork, and a desire to take responsibility
