Job Description
As a Shift Leader at Taco Bell, you will manage your team, be operationally active on the work floor, and ensure every shift is closed with a good result. You will receive extensive training and have flexible working hours.
Requirements
- At least one year of managerial experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- One - two years of hospitality experience
- Demonstrable talent for coaching and developing employees
