Tactica Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to corporate initiatives and mission-critical programs.
Provide comprehensive administrative support, support full-cycle recruiting efforts, assist with onboarding new employees, manage office operations, and prepare and maintain documentation.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, ability to analyze information, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative, operations, or business support role and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
