Solution Engineering Team Lead

Tacto is building the intelligence layer that connects AI to the physical world of manufacturing, starting with procurement. The company is looking for a Solution Engineering Team Lead to own the engine that gets customers live, fast, and at quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years in demanding project environments
• Software implementation, technical program management, or top-tier consulting experience at Manager level or above
• 1+ years leading teams in fast-paced environments
• System builder with experience in implementing customers quickly
• Execution machine with pragmatic prioritization and hands-on approach
• People leader with backbone and ability to make decisions under uncertainty
• Technically fluent with understanding of data structures, ERP systems, and pipelines
• Native or C1 German, fluent English
