Job Description
TAE Life Sciences is a biologically targeted radiation therapy company seeking a Project Coordinator to join their Southern CA facility. The successful candidate will coordinate and support Corporate, R&D, and Operational elements of current and future Medical Beam Programs.
Requirements
- Coordinate work efforts between TAE and TAE Life Sciences medical teams
- Monitor and manage the procurement queue in Jira
- Schedule meetings, take detailed minutes, and track action items
- Document redlines/revisions
- Guide requestors through resource allocation, budget identification, and execution timelines for new project requests
- Support team deployments for CNAO by aligning travel staff and administration for flights, logistics, and IT equipment
