Head of Risk & Fraud

Taekus is a profitable fintech and travel startup building a next-generation premium banking and rewards ecosystem for affluent customers. We're seeking a Head of Risk & Fraud to design, build, and scale the risk architecture that underpins our platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years in risk management, fintech operations, fraud, or enterprise risk
• Experience leading risk programs at a fintech, payments company, or modern bank
• Strong understanding of operational risk, fraud prevention, and fintech risk infrastructure
• Experience building risk frameworks that scale with high-growth financial products
• Builder mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and compliance teams
