Senior Backend Software Engineer

We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer with strong backend fundamentals and a solid understanding of data and database design. In this role, you will develop and maintain backend services and APIs, design and optimize database schemas and queries, and improve system performance and scalability.

Requirements

• 3–4 years experience in backend development
• Strong backend fundamentals
• Good knowledge of relational databases and data modeling
• Experience with Node.js or PHP (both is a plus)
• Good understanding of API design and backend architecture
• Experience using AI tools in development
• Experience working with large datasets or complex queries is a plus
• Experience with caching, queues, or background jobs is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
