Requirements
- Completed degree in engineering, supply chain management or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the aerospace or automotive industry
- Good knowledge of Lean methodology, continuous improvement and ability to coach suppliers
- Experience with supply chain and/or quality management systems
- Knowledge of the First Article Inspection process
- Experience in transferring activities from one supplier to another
- Professional appearance and convincing presentation style
- Very good German language skills in speech and writing
- Good English language skills in speech and writing
- Willingness to regularly attend business trips
