Job Description
Project Manager at TAI, overseeing complex construction projects, driving them from conceptual estimation to final delivery. Managing internal project teams, cultivating relationships between architects, design teams, and subcontractors. Steering high-impact projects within a performance-driven environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field of study.
- Minimum of 7 years related experience working for a General Contractor as an on-site Construction Project Manager
- Experience managing multi-disciplined construction projects within industrial markets
- Prior experience managing construction project teams including superintendents, project managers and engineers, design teams, etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Extreme attention to detail
- Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to perform calculations, to problem solve, and use reasoning
- Ability to effectively manage and direct others
