Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager (3 years or more)
• Experience leading various business systems
• Experience managing team members
• Deep knowledge of a specific industry
• Skills to discover and analyze client challenges through interviews and data analysis and to encapsulate requirements
• Ability to work remotely
• Native-level Japanese language ability
• Residency in Japan
