Job Description
Taylor is recruiting a Strategy Consultant to work with customer executives and business leaders to determine the direction of the company. The ideal candidate will have experience as a strategy consultant, business consultant, or IT consultant, and will be able to collaborate closely with customers to identify and prioritize challenges, and lead the planning and formulation of a roadmap. The role will involve organizational strengthening, IT output bridge, and utilizing the Tailor Platform to build digital products.
Requirements
- Experience as a strategy consultant, business consultant, or IT consultant
- Ability to closely collaborate with customer executives and key people
- Understanding and hearing skills for customer business and challenges
- Deep knowledge of specific industries and business
- Strong business development skills and strategic thinking ability
- Ability to lead independently and manage projects
- Business-level Japanese language skills
