Lead Maintenance Mechanic

Tailored Brands is seeking a Lead Maintenance Mechanic to join their team at their Distribution Center in Norcross, GA. The role will oversee maintenance activities, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate workplace safety initiatives.

Requirements

• Oversee work of assigned maintenance team employees
• Assist with the planning and preparation of training for new maintenance team members
• Lead and coordinate workplace safety initiatives for the facility
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, assemble, repair and maintain equipment, machinery and systems
• Communicate with manufacturers and supply vendors
• Operate and use manual tools and powered-shop machinery and tools
• Repair and maintenance of material handling equipment
• Maintain equipment, parts, tools, and supplies inventories in the maintenance shop
• Interact with and perform effectively in a high-volume team environment
