Job Description
As an Implementation Engineer at Tailscale, you will be the primary architect of a customer's first experience with our product, guiding them through the critical first 30 days of their journey and ensuring that Tailscale becomes a foundational part of their infrastructure from day one.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role
- Strong foundational knowledge of networking concepts
- Proficiency in installing software across diverse operating systems
- Ability to read and modify JSON or YAML configs
