Seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Manager to lead and oversee the mechanical design team in delivering high-quality engineering solutions, managing design projects, providing technical guidance, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in mechanical design, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, codes, and standards
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure
• Experience in reviewing and approving mechanical design documents and drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
