Construction Laborer, Telecommunication

We are seeking an experienced Construction Laborer to join our team in Cottonwood, AZ. In this role, you will support both aerial and underground telecom construction by performing hands-on tasks such as trenching, conduit placement, material handling, and fiber installation.

Requirements

• Ability to solve complex field problems with a hands-on approach
• Practical experience in overhead construction for fiber
• Extensive knowledge coax and fiber network architecture, design, and bill of materials
• Ability to read and interpret maps, drawings, schematics, and other project documentation
• Knowledge of applicable city, county, and state clearance codes
• Comfortable working directly with field crews and performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 70 lbs
• Holds required field certifications (e.g., climbing, Flagger) a plus
• Must have reliable transportation to report to the yard daily; company vehicle provided for travel to job sites
• Ability to travel within 75-mile radius with some possible overnight stays
• Effective verbal, written, and phone communication skills
• Able to perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Interest in long-term, ongoing project work
• Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves driving
• Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
