Job Description
TAK Broadband is seeking a Construction Supervisor to join its team in De Pere, WI. The role will support all phases of construction projects and manage day-to-day operations of team members. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and career development opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant aerial and/or underground construction leadership experience
- Prior construction industry experience, Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, map reading, etc.
- Ability to be flexible and manage changing priorities
- Ability to travel in market and occasionally to other markets
- Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
