Job Description
TAK Broadband is seeking a Directional Drill Operator to join our team in Little Canada, MN. In this role, you will operate drilling equipment, perform conduit splicing, vault/pedestal placement, and fiber/coax placement, and maintain a safe work site.
Requirements
- 3+ years of directional drilling experience
- Strong communication and coordination with locators, support crews, and other team members
- Understanding of drill mechanics, soil types, fluid mixtures, and locator technology
