MDU Field Supervisor, Telecom Construction

TAK Broadband is seeking a Field Supervisor for its fiber optic construction projects for multi-dwelling units (MDU's). The role involves overseeing and promoting safety awareness among employees, directing day-to-day field operations, and training field employees to keep up with daily operational needs.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in the telecommunications fiber or construction industry
• Knowledge of aerial and underground fiber construction preferred
• Working knowledge of construction practices including equipment management, scheduling, cost control, and safety
• Experience supervising or dispatching construction crews
• Ability to perform telecommunications construction work including pole transfers, maintenance builds, new builds, cable installation, overlash, and strand construction
