Underground Laborer, Telecom

We are seeking an Underground Laborer to join our team in Plover, WI. In this role, you will support both aerial and underground telecom construction by performing hands-on tasks such as trenching, conduit placement, material handling, and fiber installation. You will assist with fiber blowing, basic troubleshooting, and equipment operation while learning to read maps, schematics, and network designs.

Requirements

• Strong daily commitment to safety
• Consistent track record of delivering high-quality work
• Ability to solve complex field problems with a hands-on approach
• Practical experience in overhead construction for RF and Fiber
• Extensive knowledge of RF and Fiber network architecture, design, and bill of materials
• Ability to read and interpret maps, drawings, schematics, and other project documentation
• Knowledge of applicable city, county, and state clearance codes
• Comfortable working directly with field crews and performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 70 lbs
• Holds required field certifications (e.g., climbing, Flagger)
• Effective verbal, written, and phone communication skills
• Able to perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Interest in long-term, ongoing project work
