Senior Workplace Manager

Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior Workplace Manager to oversee daily operations, facilities, and the overall workplace experience across its Northern California/Pacific Northwest locations. This is a people-first, high-autonomy role focused on delivering exceptional service to studio teams, optimizing the workplace for daily excellence and long-term evolution.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of direct experience in workplace/facilities management
• 2+ years of team leadership experience
• Proven record of managing cross-functional teams in complex, fast-paced environments
• Strong track record in tactical decision-making, operations oversight, and process improvement
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Facilities, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field
