Software Engineering Manager (Logistics)

We're looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join our team in South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and retaining a high-caliber engineering team, developing software in an agile, quality-focussed environment, and driving innovation, vision, and strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related area of study
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing a team of engineers on complex software projects
• Experience developing software in an agile, quality-focussed environment
• Good SQL experience in a high-load environment
• Significant technical experience and a proven track record of architectural ownership and understanding
