The Associate Director, Scientific Training, Global Medical Affairs Oncology will be responsible for identifying learning needs, developing and executing strategic training plans, and measuring training success for Medical Affairs Scientific Training plans within GMAO. The role will involve collaboration with regions and countries, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and policies.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree (PhD, PharmD) in a scientific discipline
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare or related experience
- 3+ years of experience in medical affairs and/or training
- Experience with oncology
- Experience working with cross-function teams
- Vendor management experience
- Strong communication, prioritizing, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
- Experience with training
