Job Description
The Commercial Data Operations Lead (Senior Manager) is a hands-on execution role responsible for bringing together the foundational components of the data ecosystems across CEE GTM products and platforms, to improve the quality and fidelity of data consumed by business processes and analytics use cases.
Requirements
- Develops, implements and manages enterprise business and technical metadata, including data dictionaries, data lineage and all associated metadata initiatives
- Manages and approves the list of Critical Data Elements (CDEs)
- Establishes, monitors and enforces business processes and standards for metadata management and compliance
- Act as a connector across and partner with Takeda’s existing enterprise capabilities product/platform teams to ensure synergy and alignment with broader organizational goals
- Build effective communication channels with teams, external partners, and stakeholders and communicate with key stakeholders on status, risks, and accomplishments
