The Donor Experience Leader will be responsible for answering phones, greeting and focusing on donors, and ensuring the safety of donors and team members. They will also screen new and repeat donors, take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results, and use the Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records. The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift, and 1 or more years of experience working in a customer or patient-facing role.
