The ERP Support Analyst will serve as first level of functional support and primary point of contact for day-to-day application questions and issues, with a primary focus on ERP solutions and their interfaces with related companion applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science
- 3 to 5 yrs. experience in support role.
- Experience in GxP environment like GDP, GMP etc.
- Experience in working in Pharmaceuticals Industry
- Proficiency in Office 365 / Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Experience in Change Management
- Knowledge on JDEdwards or SAP ERP added advantage
- Experience working in JDE 9.2 Version onwards ERP system in various modules including but not limited to Inventory Management, Product Data Management, Procurement Management, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Management, Warehouse Management, Sales & Logistics Management, Finance Management etc. for Process & Discrete Manufacturing along with JDE interfacing with other 3 rd party software/s Data governance

- U.S. Base Salary Range: $71,800.00 - $112,860.00
