The Head, Portfolio Strategy, Business Strategy, JPBU / Portfolio Strategy Head is responsible for overseeing the growth strategy of JPBU, including pipeline strategy, business development, and launch excellence. This role leads department-wide discussions and integrates strategies for early and pre-commercialization, external asset search and evaluation, and one-stop management of Japan BD opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5 years or more of experience in business development, product management, or similar roles in pharmaceutical companies or healthcare companies
• Experience in consulting firms is also acceptable
• Management experience is preferred
