Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join our digital transformation journey at Takeda's Innovation Capability Centre in Bangalore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for business analysis activities of medium to high complexity, working closely with stakeholders to validate user stories and drive high-quality outcomes for our digital solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- 4+ years of experience in a Lean/Agile development environment
- Strong project management skills
- Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
- Strong end-to-end BA skills: gathering, analysing and documenting business and system requirements
- Experience in working in AI related projects and AI process improvements
- Hands on experience on AI tools
- Proficient in Databricks and Informatica and analysing data in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
- Knowledge on FIGMA, BPMN, UML including modelling tools
- Experience working with multiple systems and documenting data flows / system interactions
